Default Motor Mount replacement help

If Im looking correctly, isn't there just one long bolt that you have to remove for both motor mounts? I have my replacements and I have no idea how to take the old ones out. If anyone has any pics of the location and some instructions on remove/replace I'd appreciate it, thx.
I may be looking at the wrong thing as well....

To take them out you have to take the passenger side center bolt out and then unbolt it from the K-member the drivers side is different but still have to be unbolted from the k-member

There are two long bolts that go through the Mount and the Clamshell..those bolts will have to come out before you can lift the Engine..it may be easier to do one side at a time.

On the Driver side mount the K frame side or lower part of the mount will not need to come off. The mount is in the top part of the mount that is bolted to the engine. If the driver side is crushed real bad you may need to lift it a bit to get the nut off the back. Mine was blocked by the back engine bolt. You can also just take the back engine side bolt out if you need with out lifting the engine

Well Im trying to remove the passenger side first. I took the long bolt out along with 2 other bolts connected to the K member. I have 1 more bolt that needs to be taking out (rear bolt). My header is in the way and I cant get a good angle on it to remove. Do I have to remove or adjust the header out of the way??
