Never had the rear jump out on my 96, but there have been a few times it felt unsettled when pushing it hard through similar situations like described.

I think so, if I remember right you tell them what rear end you have when you order it, there was a fairly long thread on it when it was announced. I think they have you measure the axle tubes diameter maybe?

Do you have any pictures of your car? The LT1 WS6's look mean as hell!

Ninja Ruken,
Yes, it will work with a MOSER 12 bolt (I have a 33 spline, 4:11, T/A girdle, MOSER 12 bolt). Just make sure you tell them it's a MOSER 12 bolt or you won't receive the right mounts.

Screamin RedZ,
Here is the most recent one I have from last summer.

Is that the factory Silver Metallic? Because your car looks way brighter then mine. Also The clear corners look awesome, did you pic them up off ebay or site vendor?

I'll never forget the first & only time I tried speeding thru boston on I93. started hitting the expansion joints outside of the city going 100, rough, slowed to 90, then I got to a bend in the highway and hit an expansion joint and suddenly my rear end is in the other lane fishtails.. slowed down to 60 after that. thank god it was 4am on a sunday and had the highway to myself or I would of hit some one.

Not to be a kill joy here but it is not going to change the way the car reacts to bumps like that. It will keep the rear centered and not add side movment to the rear as it travels but if your kicking the back end out on bumps it has more to do with spring rate and shock compression and rebound valving. It should make a small difference in the bumps due to the fact the rear wont have any side to side travle in it when the suspension travles and this keeps steady side wall pressure on the tire but that alone dose not fix it. Ask any road racer out there that runs custom valved shocks and they will tell you while parts like the watts link will help, they would rather have the correct shock for the job any day. and that combination changes with the weather.

Ninja Ruken,
Yes, factory 96 silvermist color. I have completely Zaino'd this thing to death, not to mention I have clayed it 2 or 3 times and that really seemed to make the paint pop ! The clear corners were purchased almost 8 or 9 years ago, IIRC ( EBAY ) ?

Fex77k,
I don't think your bursting anyones bubble, lots of speculation about what a watts link will or won't help on a well suspension'd street car. That is one of the reasons I decided to put the part on the car. I also wanted to see if I could tweak the setup a little bit further for spirited street driving on the back roads (twisties). Your points are well taken, but some things apply differently in the real world +/-. Either way, I'm sure I will be happy with the results.

PS: Yes it's a lot of red

The car looks absolutely fantastic, thanks for the pictures!

You been leaving it in the garage lately? I haven't seen any new kill stories in a while

Yup totally true. You look to have one hell of a setup under your car with a lot of nice parts. I'm drulling at a couple lol. You should be happy with those parts to complememnt the car.

Man, I really need to Zaino my car. I have clay bar'd it and it still does not pop like yours does. And not to be a copy cat but you have inspired me to go with clear lenses
