i dont think so... i think i wired into something from the auto cluster plug in harness.

You need to have it powered by a 12v on one side, and the other side going to the PCM BLUE CONNECTOR, PIN D6
If you converted from an Auto that wire is going to already be there..find it and wire it to the Lockout. Make sure you are tuned for it though, or it wont work and you may mess up the PCM..
