Are those grounds good? What about above the battery where the junction block is for other grounds? Are those good?

they are all good, my vss reads funny and it goes from 68mph to 96 mph nothing in between accel or decel and it is causing me to not be able to make the car shift at WOT.

Wiring all checks good, I have no idea how to check the vss, dont know what else it could be possibly pcm?

I'm having similar issues... my 5v reference to the tps is reading 1.5v from the pcm. I've swapped PCM's and had the same problem. I'm suspecting a ground issue, but I haven't dug into it any further at this point. Considering I swapped this LT1 into a completely different vehicle I thought I might have missed a ground or even an ignition, but all the ignitions are good.
