i went to every local auto parts store around and couldn't find any wiper blades that fit correctly on my 95 bird. However on my last trip I found a set at Kragen Auto parts, ANCO was the brand name. They fit and work excellent. They are quiet and streak free. Best damn blades I have used.

Well.... I tried to bend mine and ended up just making them worse ha ha. I'm not too worried about it because I dont usually drive in the rain, but I think I'm going to be switching to 98+ as soon as I can find some.

Junk yards are the easiest place to get the arms. I got mine for $20

I'm using 98+ wiper arms and expensive rain x blades. I have no problem with the blade not sitting flat on the windshield. Direct bolt on. No mods required.

My wipers suck, miss the huge area in front of my face. I guess I should get 98+ arms? Or is there anything else I need to buy to make them work?

Guys pretty much any conventional wiper works on our car, If they are put on right. If put tons and tons of different wipers on these cars.
Our wipers suck because no one runs a conventional wiper now. Everyone has gone to a flat wiper, they are way better. Up until recently I ran them on everything but the camaro. Then I went to the junkyard found some LS1 wiper arms for free and now I will have my flat wipers.

Most flat Wipers like the Rain X Latitudes run around 20 a wiper but some auto parts stores have knock offs for 14-16 that still work pretty good. Ive always used the latitude, but Ive put the knockoff on customers cars and they still last longer than standard wipers.

Another trick is when you wash your car wipe down your wipers. Make mine last alot longer, and keeps you from rubbing trash into your glass over and over.

Picture for reference.

So instead of buying the correct wiper blades you guys are swapping out the arms?

So are you saying run a conventional wiper and not a flat wiper? Or swap arms so we can run flat wipers?

Im saying flat wipers are better if you feel like swapping arms.

The normal wipers I used to run would miss the more curved parts of the windshield and they sucked.

I cut the j hook off the end and flipped it over and re welded it on, and now I can use any wiper out there.

You were using the wrong blades then.

This. I haven't had any problems with any 24-9R's.
