Nice to see the old TA still running strong! Good luck at the track, let us know how it does.

Running a 9" with a spool. Fortunately I'm a horse jockey so the weight with driver won't be too bad.

i have to get rid of the front sway bar, ditch the rear seat belts, spare tire, jack, and the front bumper support too. the bumper support removal worries me a little though

once i get another car i'll go crazy getting rid of everything.

good to hear you're flying and it's not a tin can.

I want to go to the track , but I have either a new/junk O2, or I have a loose ground, or cut wire to the O2. Somehow I doubt street tires, and not having the O2's plugged in will improve my times any.

Well, the air was good, but the track was not. There must have been at least 10 or 12 engine explosions tonight. The track ended up being super slick, and I spun like a bitch (1.59 60') It's quite obvious in the video. Ended up with a new best MPH (123.9), which is promising. Here's video of the run if anyone's interested:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMpoPZTH3B0

60' 1.59
330' 4.544
1/8 7.033 @ 97.7
1000' 9.23
1/4 11.07 @ 123.9

The commentary is interesting too.
