Default Looking at this lt1

Back into looking for a car,

http://sanantonio.craigslist.org/cto/1704326760.html

Is this a good deal? I might offer 4800, it seems to be in really good shape and im going to check it out soon. are lt1's reliable after 100k miles? I'm afraid of buying it then like 2-3 weeks later having it take a **** on me.

Thanks for the help!

I don't think 4800 is a bad price. 95 is a good year too.. you have a lotta OBD2 features without emission laws If the seller is confident he should let you take it somewhere to get it checked out before buying. Nothin wrong with an LT1 car

yes thats really good to hear! I've been so paranoid about these cars since i've heard about the opti going out so easily and stuff like that. I agree with you on your idea, i definately wanna take it to this mechanic my familys been going to for a while to have the car completely checkout before i jump into anything.

Doesn't seem like a bad car but I would change the Opti first thing

For a few bucks more you can get an LS1. I would go that route if I were you.
