Default Another project going on at my house, 70 Chevelle

Gonna have a 468 with a turbo 400 when done, Centerline Telstar wheels and the the new 295/55 MT drag radials. Prolly that new satin black for color.

We got the body off today, needs rear 1/4 panels otherwise the body is great.

We want the whole frame like this, this is from a spray can! Rustoleum professional paint...awesome stuff, been on there 6 months with no prep all we did was wire wheel it and spray it.

Totally badass.

That rustoleum is no joke, I used their gloss black on my bikes rearsets/pegs and it is still mint over a year later...in FL humidity and daily riding.

See the brackets I made on the front firewall and the chain? Look on the rear, see the nylon strap and chain? I used my engine crane and lifted up it there one end at a time.

We also built the sawhorses so we could roll the frame in and out from underneath it to work on it.

We steam cleaned and stripped the frame today.

My dad had a Blue '67 Chevelle in high school that he talks about from time to time. I saw an amazing Black '67 Chevelle with a 454 big block at a car show last saturday. I prefer that year over the '70.

Got it! Thats what I figured but the roof was so low.
My cousin has a baby blue 68 and a green 69. Both are full frame off restos and mint condition.
