No spark!!!

No spark!!! I just finished up replacing my wires, cap & rotor, and put a new coil on my 93 LT1. When I put everything back together I'm not getting any spark...any ideas, suggestions and or thoughts would be greatly appriciated. Thank you
Check for spark at the coil, if there is no spark there it could be the OPTI harness the, The icm, or the PCM. If you have spark there it is the opti..
Here is how the whole thing works in a nutshell.
.1 Optical Part of the Opti Sends a signal to the PCM indicating where the camshaft is positioned.
.2 The PCM Uses that signal along with other signals from the engine to determine when to fire the spark plugs
.3 The PCM then send a signal to the ICM Notifying the ICM when to ground the coil
.4 Once the coil is grounded it fires a spark witch them travels through the Opti cap down into the rotor and out the end of the rotor into the correct Plug wire and to the spark plug.
