Default 95 z28, new cam and torque converter

i was just wondering if a "TH-200 4R Competition Converter 9" Non Lock Up" torque converter with a 3000-4000rpm stall would be good if i have a cam with a Duration 292/300, Lift .584/.579, and a Basic Operating RPM Range of 2,200-6,200?

or, would a "TH-200 4R Heavy Duty Super Torque Converter 10" non- lockup," torque converter with a 2400-2800 RPM stall be just as good?

just trying to know if i could save a little bit of money, or go for the bigger one if it will work quite a bit better

thanks
