Fan control relay 2 & 3 control circuit. Test your fan relay(s). These are things that make your fans come on and off under differing vehicle load/ conditions (single to dual operation as temp. increases, etc.)
BTW, your scanner ask for VIN code? you need to specify "P" or it may give you other translations for the code for other platforms.

Sorry, what I meant about VIN code on the scanner has to do with the vehicle's VIN code, not the DTC prefix.
Example: customer walks into your store and asks for a water pump for a 1988 Buick Skyhawk, 2.0 liter. You'll see there are 2 options, depending on engine VIN code. The example car has a 2.0 liter OHV option (VIN code 1) and a 2.0 liter OHC option (VIN code K).
VIN code P for the F body is the 5.7 liter. There are other VIN codes for the V6 options. Depends on how smart your scanner is, whether it knows what vehicle it's talking to or if it just blindly pulls stored codes (command & retrieve stored code(s)).

3 possibilities for a DTC 1641 code; the first can be eliminated because it doesn't apply to your engine's VIN code. NOT a MIL Control Circuit fault. The second applies, and is your code. Need to look further into the stuff The Merv gave you and re-check your work. The third, again, does not apply to your engine.
P1641 MIL Control Circuit (Except 5.7L VINs P & 5 & 1998 3.1L & 3.8L)
P1641 Fan Control Relay 1 Control Circuit (5.7L VINs P & 5)
P1641 A/C Relay Control Circuit (1998 3.1L & 3.8L)
So all 3 of your fan relays are reporting circuit errors...

that has to be what it is cause I didn't have This code before doin the fans but the scanner I'm using is a Actron obd2 scanner that scans all codes so I guess it blindly pulls them Because it is not vin specific
