Difference in Rod's What would be the difference in me running 5.7in vs. 6in rods on the street in a 350? Am i going to see any gains? And how much compression can i get away with on pump gas?
I will be running 4 bolt block Steel crank Hypereutectic .30 pistons with stock heads And i will be getting a Cam spring package from AI but im not sure what one yet. I will spend money where it counts since i am on a budget and it will still have to be my daily driver!

For a daily driver/street build I would just stick with the stock reconditioned 5.7s. There isn't any real (measurable) benefit using a 6" rod on a stock displacement mild build (or even using an aftermarket 5.7 rod for that matter).
Your static compression won't dictate what octane fuel you can run. That's something you can work out when you have the cam specifications. FWIW, I'm running close to 13:1 (9.6:1 dynamic) and run 93 with no problems.

I WILL be using ARP's
If you think there is a chance of using nitrous somewhere down the road with this engine, using forged pistons will be cheap insurance for later. If there is no chance at all of using n2o, I would say go with the hypereutectics. Personally I would use the speed pro's over the Keith blacks but that is just me, and my opinion.

only thing is if your going to run stock rods make sure you get press style pistons. if your not going to run press style then just buy a set of scat forged rods they are good rods and are cheap

Keep in mind that if you get the rods reconditioned (resize the big end with new bolts), you will have an easy $150-$200 in them. For a little more you can buy a stronger rod without worry of breakage.
