I put a cooler on mine about a month ago, right off the bat I notice a difference from the way the tranny shifted.

Basically I could tell when the tranny was hot because my shifts became lazy, it was slipping but i just knew it was shifting the same way it did during a cold start.

Anyhow, a tranny cooler should have been put stock on these cars from the factory, if I end up with another sports car with a auto I will put a cooler and that one as a first mod.

Oh and I ran mine on the passenger side up and through the fold were the radiator is, I did not want to drill any holes in my air dam, I should have yanked out the condenser when I changed my radiator as I have no ac, would have gave me alot more room. oh wellz.

I went with this one from jegs http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/60381/10002/-1 not as big as the B&M but thats ok, and I have mine going from the stock radiator cooler to external cooler back to the transmission.

I'm going to see if I can't remedy this as well, I'd rather not drill holes in my air dam either. But, I of course, have AC...we'll see what I can muster up

The hoses should fit with no problem with the condenser on, I still had room to slide them through on the side where the battery and radiator fit, its snug, but hoses are in no way crimped.

I know I would have had alot more room if i yanked my condenser off, but I always tell myself yeah imma a compressor and put my ac back in, and another summer comes and goes with no ac.

You don't need to drill holes in your air dam. There is enough room on the lower passenger side of the radiator to pass the necessary hoses through.
