They are nice but you get no y-pipe and they are way over priced IMO.

They should bolt right up to your stock y-pipe. However i am not aware that JBA makes a set of headers for the 93-97 LT1 fbody.

Yes, JBA makes a set for the 93-97 F-body. I've had a pair on my car for over 13 years. They are a very good quality header and even though they are called shorties they actually spec and measure out similar to a mid like the ASM model. If you get a set make sure you get the ceramic coated as it will help with heat and keep them from rusting completely away on you. The Y-pipe should come with them as JBA made one to match up. They also have air connections if you retain your air pump and emissions crap.

Problem is that there's no y included. That's why I was wondering if these are worth the money. Is it possible to still purchase just the y pipe?

They are very good headers and excellent quality stainless. They are worth the money, however I can't remember if they will bolt up to the stock Y or not as mine came with a Y from JBA. You probably can have something fabbed up pretty cheap if they will not bolt straight up. If you don't have a lowered car I'd recc, saving your money and getting a good set of Pacesetters or LPP longtubes as they are much better for power gains and flow. I just can't go with a set myself as I don't wanna be dragging my exhaust over every crack in the pavement.

I stand corrected JBA obviously does make a set and apparently a y-pipe is included http://products.jbaheaders.com/index.asp. I still think they are way overpriced IMO. You can find a local dealer near you on the link I provided and perhaps get the y-pipe from them if they are willing to separate the set.

At $250 you are getting a great price.

No they weren't, They were a friggin Nightmare!!!!! I sold them for that reason and bought some hooker long tubes, Look around for used parts also, I just sold my Hooker Ceramic competition Long Tubes to a member on this site for I believe $200, I paid $800.00 back in the day..I knew of this kid that built his whole car on used parts, cams, exhaust ect, Had a very good running car and less than half the price that most of us had paid to mod ours...
