I have been doing some research and as far as I can tell this is all that I need, but I would like to make sure I have it all covered before I get started.
LPP headers
LPP y-pipe
Exhaust clamps
Poly motor mounts
Header gaskets
Header bolts
Valve cover gaskets
EGR block off plates
Flat O2 extension – (the car is a 94 so I should only need one… Right?)
Remove the oil cooler – (what exactly do I need to have to do this?)
New Spark plugs (tr55) and wires
Oil / oil filter
Also, how much HP should I be expecting to pick up with these specific headers? I had read somewhere that it is 30/30 hp/tq because of the special merge collector. Is that about right?
Thanks guys!
EDIT: an extra set of knuckles & patience

Does anyone else know of anything else that I should add to the list, or have a write up on what has to be done to remove the oil cooler? I also want to confirm that I only need one o2 extension. Thanks guys.

Hey:
1 ea. 12" o2 ext for 94-97 pass side, is all I needed for my LPP headers.
Are these real LPP or the Chinese knock offs?
Real LPPs are made in USA not China as our fellow Floridian has told us many times.
Either way you still may need the BFH.
You'll have to disconnect the battery and remove the starter for the install, at least I did.
The oil dip stick was the biggest pain in my install as it was hard to remove and get reinserted after removal, it took some trial and error bending to get back in and sealed up.
Also I would add to the list some high heat reflective tape or wrap to put around the fuel lines or wires where they come near the exhausts.
Add two real sharp drill bits, and grinder to take some time off the poly motor mounts installation. drill sizes included in new poly mounts.
If you have an oil cooler you will need, to shorten or get two shorter bolts to fit the filter spin on inplace, I just shortened mine with the grinder. you also have to plug the lines @ the cooler/ radiator if you dont want a few oil drips on the headers.
You may or may not have to BFH the rear passenger side of the car near #8 and may have to slot (die grind/ drill) and move your steering linkage at the firewall towards the passengers side to allow proper articulation of the steering linkage and not make contact with the headers.
Be prepared for the worst and some long days and hopefully all goes well.
Good luck on your install and take your time, it never pays to hurry the 1st time....
