Default what head gakets to use for this build

Its a 383 with forged flat tops and I will be running Le3 heads. This car will have nitrous atleast a 200 shot. Which head gasket will be best for this setup.
the pistons are zero decked in the hole
pistons are mahle sbc125030f05
dome volume is -5cc
c/r is a 11.1 with what gasket to achieve that number ?

236/240 .592/.592 cam specs
Le3 heads 57cc
4.030, 3.75 stroke and a 6" rod hope this helps everyone

im looking into a impala head gasket for my build will that work for my build

you can look around and find a cr calculator and figure out what thickness to get you your ideal ratio... as far quality gaskets go, every one will have their own opinions... I have cometic mls gaskets... they seem to leak just a tad on the back of the motor but they are holding 15-16 psi of boost with no problems so far

If the block is "zero decked" the pistons are not "in the hole", they are flush with the top of the block. Mistake if you want 11 to 1.

To get a 10.98 to 1 you will need......

Fel pro 1074 gasket, .039 compressed.

-13cc reverse dome piston.(Wiseco makes a set)

The above are the most common parts off the shelf.

Or have a custom head gasket made by Cometic, .075 thick

You got problems. Right now you are at 12.1 to 1 with a Fel Pro 1074 gasket that is .039 thick.

Nah that part number shows it being 11.1 with those pistons and whatever they use for heads...OP just wants a gasket.... I remember this thread before but it was different. IF you want to use the impala gasket go ahead or the felpro 1074, both willl suffice.
