starting to get the digital dash wired in. when it gets back im gonna use the stock cluster to make some kind of template out of ABS plastic or something to mount it nicely. might just flat black the stock plastic part and recess it in if itll fit.

well the cars back at my house and it runs again!
got a nice long checklist of little **** here and there to go over. got the dash all completely back together, digital dash almost final mounted. Painted the cage tonight with some nice heavy duty brush on stuff and im hoping 1 coat will cover it, I dont wanna climb around in that jungle gym again lol. try to get some pics up tomorrow

Sounds good! You may have posted it but what size turbo you thnkn about jumping up to? Id like to do a setup on mine with a gt42 that thing spooled pretty quick on the 383.

Ill sell you the Gt42 that i bought with the kit from Jeff. only been started twice and ran for about 20 seconds since i picked it up from him lol. Looking to step up to probably an 88 when the time comes

I wish I had the money and time to do a setup. I know jeff could do the piping it would just be all the other things that would add up on me.

thats where the car sits now. I was about tired of working on it so i dropped the car of to the local shop and they are installing the dash, the dataloger/digi dash, single plane, and tuning it.

then it comes back to me to paint the cage, install the interior and new corbeaus i picked up
what type of manifold is that..thats the setup im looking for!!!!and does it fit stock lt1 heads or did you have to modify

its an edelbrock victor jr. for a SBC. the bolt holes need modified for lt1 head pattern.

I havent really kept track of it too closely. And i dont realy want to. Ive come across some really good deals on some of the parts used. id say i have close to 20k in it. to replicate it again minus some of the deals proably 30
