I bought a Racetronix kit that I've yet to install, as well as a new sending unit. I'm looking to do that over Labor Day weekend. That kit is quite a bit cheaper than a stock pump from most dealers.
Where is the prime connector? Is it in the engine compartment? Is that the PCM in shoebox's pic?

Yeah that damned relay is under the dead pedal, the stupid Haynes and Chiltons had me running around like an idiot for hours. In my case the fuse in the Racetronix wiring had popped! I think my alternator was having a bad day that day or something, I had gone WOT and the car just died.
I wonder how long my stock pump would have lasted? I replaced it with the Racetronix/Walbro combo a few years ago, picked up about 4 psi at idle.
