Did you put enough silicon on the front and rear intake, (common place to leak oil)
And personally I dont use synthetic oil for my camswap's.

Someone else did the spring swap for me(Colin91Z) so unsure but trust he knew what to look for

226/234 .575/.575 on a 109lsa LE cam, patriot gold springs, 1.6 pro mags and ls7 lifters
Ive made pretty sure all the connectors are tight and seated. Ill def prime the oil system as it has been sitting a bit. Preciate the help guys
you also need to bleed the air from cooling system...
if you do pull coil wire to crank and build up oil pressure...might also want to pull the FI fuse also so you don't wash down cyl...
if you lubed cam right and doused the top end with motor oil before putting on valve covers you should be ok without prime since you just did cam swap but bringing OP up before starting a motor that has sat for months is never a bad idea.
