Carbs a 750 has a 50cc rear acc pump,down leg boosters,milled chock horn,2.5 power valve,35/37 squirters,74/84 jets an is 2 corner idle adj an came off a sbc that went 10.55 in a 3200# car.

As for it being poweder coated its not..just spray painted hammer tone black..theres around 4 coats on it.

the top serial numbers will tell you what cfm the body is, and it wont flow anymore than what those numbers tell you it is..unless its been bored.

just looking i would say a 650 or 750.

and what are you doing, sleeping with it ?

i have an old holley carb. part# 80946-1

i got to get some calibers tomarrow so i can measure the venturi throat and throttle bores to really find out what the hell it is

the main body on it has this
6r3752b
p46 on the side of the primery side
p24 on the side of the sec side.

got to love the milled choke horns with out them its a pain to know..

an nah i was just mocking everything up..thats the bed in the spare room aka my parts room where i store all my ****..

more info tells me 750cfm..judging from the block,body,base plate numbers.

on the bottom, what numbers are on the butterflys?
180=850cfm
172=750cfm

850cfm will have 1 3/4 butterflies

172/173 which is 650-750 cfm carbs..part num on plate is 12r4770b

the plate bore and carb body lines up perfect with each other..like i said in my one post before i edited..the guy sold a diff base plate also but he never looked at the blade numbers..but he did say this is the plate that was on the carb when he got it over the phone just now..

he also told me the sec metering block is the org block that he didnt swap and that one says 4779-1 on it..so the body numbers,metering block and base plate all lead me to believe its a 750 now..

You dont happen to know what a 10562d metering block came off of now do you because thats what he put on it and thats my primery block.

my garage is way to small also..i need a double..i have the noise off mine and it gives me just enough room to have a bench an a tool box and about 3ft of space between that an the front of the car..the sides i have about 2ft max and the *** to the door is about 4"s at the rear..lol

Room builds are nice..its also easier to keep the parts clean..no matter how much i sweep my garage an stuff there just dirt and dust on the ground an in the air..my parts room is like a clean room..

Mines very easy going and loves some muscle...but if I started building in the house I would have to lube up the #8 cylinder and stroke away.

nope not yet seeing its going on just reg non ported lt1 heads..i have to port match the heads to the intake though..intake takes a 1205 gasket stock..but really theres only .01 diff from the hight in the head ports to the intake port..(heads 2.04/intake 2.05) then the heads are .03 wider..this is off my lt1 intake gasket so i still have to get in there.

I contacted a top comp eliminator engine builder today though about some lt1 heads he has for sale..So i may pick them up for now..

this motor is just a fun idc if i blow it up deal..keeping the stock 152k short block 11.4-1 comp and spraying it with a 200 shot,cam is a 242/248 dur with .567/.585 lift..car will be around 2900 with me in it..looking for high 5s in the 8th

motor should make around 470hp n/a with stock heads..if i get the other heads ill have the intake ported..right now the intake isn't a restriction to the stock heads seeing it will flow more air then the stock heads will as they sit.
