If its in closed loop VE tables won't effect it, you'll need to find the MAF areas that are reading low and bump them or (option I'd do) go into the "% to change to afr at WOT vs rpm" and richen up the selected rpm areas. To do it properly you'll need to read the tunercat help file as its a bit confusing.

Check your duty cycle on the injectors too, could just be running out of fuel.

Thanks guys! I will read more of the help files.

The car hits 13.1 afr on the wideband during each shift and im improving airflow potentially with my ls lid conversion.

13.1 is fine, you normally want it to lean out just a hair once you pass peak torque. The MAF will compensate for the extra air you'll be getting so you shouldn't need to make any more adjustments unless its the injectors running out of guts.

There is a lot of incorrect info posted there.
The V.E. able has zero effect if not in Speed Density mode, or the MAF has failed.

The P.E. (WOT) A/F Vs RPM is the correct table.

sure thing just put the PE enable MAP way up at 200+ and give her the onion, you would be surprised how much power they'll make at 14.7 AFR

Lol..

The LS guys do it, but shouldn't be necessary to get a stock maf'd LT1 dialed in..

Sometimes it's done with any MAF engine. It's a safer way to stay out of C.O.T. mode at WOT without shutting C.O.T. mode off. C.O.T is not usually an issue with OBD1 vehicles.

WOT fueling changes at a given RPM are best done with the P.E. Vs RPM fuel table.
