A friend of mine had a tune from them and something was messed up with it. They eventually fixed it just took a week or 2. Like ramair said **** happens. I'm not defending them i used Madtuner

ls1tech protects their sponsors because their sponsors pay the bills. I don't buy **** from sponsors on this site, because I don't give a **** about ls1tech and 98% of the people on here. But I will say, if you think ls1tech sucks about sponsor protection, you would hate corvetteforum.

They tuned mine at Kelly's house 5 years ago. I didn't have any problems with communication.

I never had a problem with them. The first tune I had was amazing. The 2nd tune was for a big cammed setup and it was pretty close. We tweaked a few tiny things but it was a great base to work off of. I recommend them all the time.

No surprise to me. Myself and a few of my friends had our share of issues in the past and it's been a couple years since I myself have used PCM For Less or recommended them to anyone.

I got mine three weeks ago. Seems to work well on a 503 cam/ported heads combo. I just told them my numbers and they sent it to me in about a week and a half. You have to give these guys time to get the job done. It seems to me for you that it was much ado about nothing. There was a misunderstanding, that is all. Anyway, there's other good tuners out there so why sweat it?

I've got nothing good to say about pcmforless. Let just say after the mail order tune I got from them for my LE2 swap the car ran 100 times worse then it did on the stock tune. I contacted them about the tune being off (being polite since I needed there help to fix it) and they wernt very interested or helpful. So I decided to forget about dealing with them further, and got the car dyno tuned by Vince at trifecta and could'nt be happier. Mail order tunes are way too hit and miss for my liking.

I'm right here with these guys. My 94 Z28 ran like crap after their tune. Sent the PCM to another for the same tune and the car ran great once I got it back. Ever since this experience I stick w/ dyno tunes only. Too me it's worth the extra money spent to know it's done right.

Never had a problem with PCM for less. Customer service for me has always been awesome and I usually get a few dollars off for going to the guy's house for my tunes. It's always frustrating when things don't work out the way you want them to but that's all it sounds like here. Good luck.

I got my mail order tune from Solomon and it was very good. I also f-ed up on the money order (i forgot to sine it) and i got my PCM back before he even got paid. He is very helpful and i am sure you wouldn't of had the kind of problems described with him..

My experiences with PCMFor Less has been the opposite. They've always got my units back earlier than I expected and the tunes have been spot on. Emails are replied to the same day. I couldn’t be happier with their work or response times.

I for one will continue to use them.

crap happens, and nothing goes as fast as you want. You want fast, pay retail and buy new stuff from big places. The fact there are guys out there doing stuff at a reasonable price is great on this old as platform. Go try getting something done on a Porsche for $100.

43 degrees of timing at WOT on a h/c car, I definitely won't be using them again.

Hey:

Lots of folks here in the Carolinas use them, they have a lot of happy customers and some unhappy. I used them and they were fine, a little rich though, used Madturner and was very good too. Next will be Fastchips, Seen Ed Wright's work, you get what you pay for. I would think thats top of the line, without a dyno tune...
