Default 85 z28.. lt1 swap

ok im doing a full interior and drivetrain swap into my car and have a question..

not sure if im in the right section or not but some of you may know..

ok im putting the 95 raer in my 85 and have 17x9 ttms from my old 4th but i want 17x10.5s in the back now with sime nice 315/35/r17 tires.. will they fit?

Im sure you can make them fit, depends on what offset ect. Might be sumthin to check out on a thridgen site.

the tire calls for a wheel over 9.5" so yes, but will it rub who knows.

i know the rim calls for that size tire. lol.. im def not a noob.. im asking if itll rub or stick out or anything like that..

With a stock length 4th gen rear in a 3rd gen those tires will fit the exact same way they did on a 4th gen. If you have any rubbing issues they will be easy to fix.

Might have to hammer the inner fender a little..other than that I don't think you will have any issues..I dont with my rear TT2's, 17x11.
