There was a billing issue I was unaware of that caused a collection on the account from last year. They denied renewal, so the domain is in redemption status. I've corrected everything, but it will be a few days before it's all reset. Friday at the very earliest. I apologize to you all about this but I was completely unaware there was any issue at hand. This will be prevented in the future as I have intentions to move the domain to the same host that our space is on as soon as it's out of redemption status.

Yeah. I feel like absolute crap for something like this happening. I was absolutely and unequivocally unaware of any issues pertaining to the website or this would have never happened. Really great job I've done here this time.

I'm just waiting to hear back from the other decision makers on that one. They've both got a lot on their plates. I'll be in touch as soon as we're back up. This current situation took priority over EVERYTHING. Soon as we're back up I'll get with you and get you set up over there because we want you on board.

Sean, like what's already been said, don't beat yourself up over it, **** happens, and from the other thread it sounds more like it could be on their end them trying to screw you over.
Hey Sean, one suggestion for you that may help get people back to the site while you wait for the domain registration to get straightened out. Consider the domain registration system to be like a phone book....you have a name (ltxtech.com) that points to a number (the IP address of your hosting server). If you can contact your host and determine what your hosted IP address is, then you can post a link using that address as opposed to using the name.
For example....the IP address for google.com is 72.14.253.104 the link to hit google.com using the IP address would be http://72.14.253.104
Now, some changes would need to be made within you vB admin control panel to make it work correctly since all links within your forum point to the name ltxtech.com
If you are interested and would like help, just let me know....

Already on it, hopefully we'll have soemthing going today.
FYI everyone, the domain host company has confirmed all paperwork has been received and is in order, but said it can take "up to" 5 days for the domain to be restored. It's in progress thoguh.
