Thumbs down Chandlermotorsports

I've sent emails, left messages and even pm'd him on here. It's been nearly a week and they don't respond. so much for top notch customer service.

Has anyone else had any luck getting in contact with them?

Paul

My problem is I was sent a vented opti and wanted an unvented one. This is annoying as hell. Thanks for wasting my time Chandlermotorsports. Hopefully the mods will keep this thread alive long enough for thier paying sponser, Chandler to respond.

I would think something's up on the personal side of things. He's usually pretty active over here from what I've seen.

I checked his user profile and he's been on the site several times a day.

If he's having personal issues, it's completely understandable. But it doesn't take more than a minute to post a thread to make us aware of his absence.

He's clearly avoiding the issue.

this seems to happen all the time when sponsors want to "grow". They get to busy to have as good customer support as they used to.

Everyone always wants more, and then everything goes to ****.

Give them more credit than that. They move the threads to negative seller feedback which no one checks instead of negative sponsor feedback.

I find it incredibly ironic that he posted hardcore for a week or two straight, roping all you guys in into thinking he makes a top notch product, probably sold a **** ton of them in that span, and now he bounces. Can't say I'm surprised. But I can say I told you so. WTF do you think you get with an $80 optispark? People are so quick to be deceived nowadays...

You're forgetting that it would only take 1 post from him to get everyone back on the $60 Opti bandwagon.

I have one and internally it looks exactly like my old summit opti. When it goes bad I'll probably buy a delco unit. I couldn't afford ac delco when my car broke down and thought chandler sounded like a straight foward guy but that sounds like it's not the case. Hope I'm wrong and he pops up on here and straightens things out.

I got a response back 2 days after I emailed them, but it was only to find out how I bought it. Never heard anything back yet.
