cant keep a idle.

had a buddy rebuild my bottom end, motor runs but he has to keep his foot on the gas to keep the motor running, once he lets go motor shuts off. nothing diffrerent was done to the motor, i even unhooked the 02's to see if it helps and didnt change. theres no vaccum leaks. anyone have this issue before?

IAC counts? Got a scanner? What year car? Mods? More details, etc.

the car is a 93, this issue just started wasnt doing it b4 he pulled the motor out. hes having a the tuner come buy and check i was jw if anyone has had this issue.

unhooking the o2s won't do anything, computer doesn't read them until the engine's been running for a few min.

check TPS as well could be off it will not let the motor idle if its not in the right Volts and IAC like said above

i wasnt around when he did the valves, but im sure there fine he builds lt1, but that is a excellent point. im gonna have em check it tomorrow.
