Default mid 12's likely?

i have a 93 trans am that i rebuilt the motor and i am in the process of hooking everything back up and have been wondering if i will be able to hit mid 12's at the track (1/4 mile).motor is a 355 lt1 with flat top pistons and arp bolts.,stock heads off a 95 camaro with a 3 angle competion valve job,gasket matched and have been decked.im running a hotcam kit with a edelbrock airgap intake and soon to be getting 52mm tb and a cai.It will also be getting tuned after everything is done.it is a 6 speed with a ram HD clutch and 3.42 gears in rear.PS Ceramic LT's with a OYP and hooker catback exhaust. any opinions welcome,just curious if anyone has a similar setup and what they are running in the 1/4 thanks

flat top hypereutectic pistons with 4 valve reliefs very similar to factory plus block and heads have been decked so compression a little more than stock,probably going to throw some drag radials on some old rims for when i go.i dont have the tb or cai yet but i will have them on before summer.i also am using ac delco opti wit msd cap and rotor with a msd coil and ngk plugs.i should have it fired up soon but i highly doubt 10's especially before i upgrade torque arm and control arms.Ill be estatic if i hit high 11's with my baby cam

Not unless he takes gregrob's usal advice to "spray it" and even then you better hit it big to go mid 10's.

Mid 12's sounds about right once you get everything ironed out.

thanks for the responses,im just excited to get it back together and cant wait for spring since it was apart all summer.I really miss my car even with it only having full exhaust it was fun now it should be even better.

i will,im putting it together with stock intake for now so i can get it fired up.Ill swap the edelbrock intake on when i get the throttle body and conversion fuel lines.

Most people are going to tell you to ditch the edelbrock stuff.

i tried selling it since i used the hotcam instead of the cc503 i was going to get(already had hotcam) and nobody wanted it so i figured ill throw it on later and see if it does anything since i already have it.this car is mainly a street car that will only make it to the track a few times a year,its basically a toy that i can drive to work.

Its basically a Hotcam 355 rebuilt in a full weight car, mid 12s sounds right, probably trap near 110.
