I'll play. Here's my first V8 F-Body, a Bright Red 1993 Z28 six speed hard top. I got in 2001 with 40k miles, sold it in 2005 to my best friend who totaled it within 72 hours (he was sitting a light and a guy decided not to stop). I loved this car and I was sad to see it go, but I had to sell it at the time for my current truck because I was about to have my first daughter.





After the accident:





I got this Mystic Teal 1997 Trans Am during the summer of 2006. I loved, loved, loved this car! Had it for two years and had some great memories with her! I ended up selling her in the summer of '08 due to finding out I was going to be a father again.

 

i wish i could track down and see more crm camaros with work done to them....also wish though that i had a lt1 ta after seeing some of the ones you guys have..i'm really starting to like the ta look more and more each day

Dumb question, but whats the tape for? To keep the rubber off the paint, rock chips,etc?

 

correct sir. makes it easier to clean afterwards. I do it quite often as well.

I think most of the time when guys put black wheels on a car, the end result looks like ***. However, Hawk584 your ride looks awesome.

 

If you guys are too lazy to scrape the rubber off the quarters, you shouldn't be drag racing....and chips happen....

If you're not gonna drive it you shouldn't have it....Leno is the perfect example...h drives everything he owns...including 1 of 1 cars....

 

I put tape on mine also, I hate scrapping rubber off my quaters. To each his own I suppose. JAYSZ2893, car is ****!!

 

just to keep rubber off the paint. 28x10.5 ET DRAGS throw out a lot of rubber. I only do it when I take it to the track.

 

 

I drive the **** out of my car. I'm just trying to save the fresh paint I have on my car and not ruin it. If putting tape on my car the maybe 5 times I go to the drag strip a year is being lazy, you have a skewed view homie.
