ALOT more free weight reduction will happen this winter, as I am pretty well broke from buying a house and fixing it up. Just yanked the front sway bar, door panels, head unit and speakers tonight. The rest of the dash is gonna have to wait probably till winter because Id still have to make the sheetmetal cover for the big hole in the firewall and I want to run it this weekend. The catback and Y will be sold over the winter and replaced with simple $2 advance auto turndowns pointing out. The slicks are going to be aired up with 20 psi before the weekend, and will be run on sunday. Did I mention I dont have subframe connectors? This bitch is gonna twist.

im suprised the car weighs as much as it does with that much removed. I weighed my 94 1LE in at 3230 with a half tank of gas and no weight reduction..

Well, maybe YOU didn't reduce the weight any but that's was the whole point of the 1LE package; combined with improved handing/braking....1LE had all sorts of weight reduction from the factory; aluminum driveshaft, no ac, no power accessories, no t-tops, cloth seats, 16" wheels, aluminum spare wheel....the list goes on..."no weight reduction" eh?
