Well to make a long story short.. the car gets power to it, everything cuts on inside, fuel pump engages, but when we try to cut the car on its cranks but sounds like if the battery was dying because it cranks slow with a small whine to it. we have charged the battery, have tried to start it connected to cables and even got a new battery in hopes of a start but it does the same thing. im thinking that it could be the opti but im not to sure. any of you guys have an idea of what that can be?

if it does not crank good i cant be the opti remove the starter and betch test it, thats step 1

do you have spark and fuel? check those. just bc it turns on doesnt mean ur gettin fuel, check it with a gauge, and check to see if u even have spark, start at the coil then go to the wires
