ATI treemaster for the th350, FTI for the pg. My opinion after trying several across both, not that there are not other converters that are VERY good.

We had a Chance in our TT LSx shop car, but we often use Ultimate for TH400/TH350 stuff.

Give me a call. Maybe I can lend you something to try out before you spend a bunch of money. That way you will have a pretty good idea of what to buy.

I am running a Precision Industries converter in my TH350 and always liked it. If I have to swap converters to run N/A then I would look at ATI, Neal, FTI but it's your choice. Later

My dad runs a Coan converter in his th400 behind a 800hp pump gas 540 bbc... FTI is pretty big in the drag world aswell. Not sure if you seen the thier converter that bolts together... you can easily change internal parts to get the correct stall and str for your setup. Might be something to look into! It's kind of spendy tho...

just thought I'd throw it out there that my coolant temps on the freeway in 50 degree weather have been about ~200. 70 degree weather was ~209. So far even with the spragless converter I'm only running about 150-160 degree trans temps, with two big B&M coolers in front of the radiator. Mounting the coolers elsewhere will drop the coolant temps I'm sure though. Looks like the converter is looser than 5200, probably more like 5500-5600. I really think I'm going to have problems when it gets 90+ degrees, but we'll see. This is stock radiator & fans, CSR waterpump, and the block has a half-fill.
