Default 94 LT1 engine w/ 93 LT1 wiring harness

Right now in the process of doing an engine swap in my 93 Camaro Z28 since my engine went **** up and has 136k miles on it. I picked up a another LT1 out of a 94 Camaro Z28 with 82k miles on it with the ECM and wiring harness. The wiring harness on the 94 LT1 has several cut ends on it when the motor was pulled. I was wondering if I can use my 93 wiring harness and ECM on the 94 LT1 since that harness is still complete with ECM and in the car still? If I can, what kind of modifications would I need to do to it to make it work with the 94 LT1? Or would I be better off with the wiring harness and ECM that came with the motor and fixing the cut ends?

Me personally I'd use the 94 pcm and wire harness. This way you don't have to burn chips when you tune it. Bit with the 94 pcm you'll have to find a maf, heated o2's and a 94+ iac iirc. Unless your gunna keep bone stock just swap the 93 intake on to the 94 lt1(with TB) and run it.

Agreed. You would be MUCH better off using the 94 PCM. Take the opportunity to upgrade now.

Ok. So I should fix the cut ends on the wiring harness by splicing them to some of the connectors off the 93 wiring harness so it will work.

If you end up using the 94 ecm and wiring would you be interested in saleing the 93. I have an 93 that i think i may have to replace the ecm on. or do you know where i might be able to buy one.
