Ported stock heads and a good cam are better than the LT4 conversion IMO and probably cheaper as well.

lol i love reading these posts such great material on a monday morning ...........

ok ill put in my two cents.......

OP....yes i agree with RamAir.....you're completley nuts to do all that and not have a good platform to start with (ie, long tubes, CAI and other supporting mods)

Also as for the LT4 conversion kit.......its an absolute waste of money....get yourself a different topend from a company like AI they can port your stock castings and do you a custom cam to wayyyyyy outperform that LT4 kit and it will be around the same price....
