I can't say for sure, but I do think injector o-rings will fit. I just bought a multi pack at AZ so I can't say for sure.
You aren't missing a bracket, its the rusted thing below the bolt that holds your rail on in your pic. They goes on sideways (4 of them) and hold the tubes to the rails. Just drain the tube of gas and remove the brackets with a torx head. Bend them back to square and reinstall.

We are talking about the crossover tube on the fuel rails here, right? I'm starting to think I'm thinking of something else here too
You can take apart the fuel rails and tubes, it separates into 4 pieces. Two rails and two tubes. The brackets that hold them t/g and keep everything square (so the o-rings seal) can get bent when the assembly is forced.
