What the engine needs plays a part in how things drive too, you have something that is happy at the higher rpms and it will be fine. I would not want to try driving a stock motor with a 4000+stall though.
yeah exactly. Most likely will be going with an 8". The lower mass of it really makes me want to make that move, as long as it drives the same as the 9.5" i'll be happy. If it drives better, thats just a bonus

If I had 1k rpm taken out of my converter it would drive alot better at part throttle. Still it is not "mushy" feeling, half throttle will stall it up to 4500 or so but that is screaming by traffic. I think it feels snappy myself...
