Before you get your hops up what kind of budget do have for this build? Whatever you think it is DOUBLE IT! By the time you start adding in all the extras into a build you have blown your budget out of the water. Im building a stock crank, forged pistons, forged rods, 11:1, afr ported heads, and mild LE cam to pass emissions. With this combo and the right drive it will be an 11 sec car. So if you can figure that and build yours with a much bigger cam you should have NO PROBLEM hitting 11s with a properly built 355 h/c/i.

I'd say build a forged 383 AI or LE H/C/Ported Intake, get it dialed in NA, throw some giggle gas on it, and have fun seeing your numbers improve with each adjustment.
