Both brake lights out?
In an non ending quest to finish my project I noticed that neither of my brake lights are working after the rebuild. I am pretty sure they were working before I started. I am guessing I either forgot to plug something in or a fuse blew.
Any suggestions on where to start looking this weekend?
EDIT: SEE POST 10 FOR MORE DETAILS.

Appreciate the help, and I dont think anyone will accuse you of padding a post count if you are helping.
As for everything I have done its hard to say because I have literally rebuilt the whole car and its hard to keep track of relevant information when you are battling many different issues at the moment. At one point I was under the wheel messing with the steering column so its possible I didnt reconnect something there.
I went to get the car inspected, they said both lights where out. I remembered both working before rebuild and I also changed the spoiler bulb before the build so I dont think its a bulb issue, unless somehow all three managed to blow at the same time.
Anyway, I had the mechanic sit in the car and push the pedal. I confirmed neither were working, but I wasn't specifically paying attention to the spoiler. But now that you asked I dont recall it coming on when I was looking.
When I drove it home, I made sure to use signals, since I was w/o inspection I didnt want to draw attention to myself. The blinkers seemed to be functioning correctly from the inside of the car. If I recall correctly they usually dont tick if they are not working.
Anywhay, thats the info I currently have and percieve as relevant.

I decided to tackle this problem again, 6 months later LOL.
Details:
-Lights worked before an engine rebuild. Didn't really fool with the trunk area during the rebuild. Speculate someone wasn't plugged back in correctly.
-headlights work
-all four blinkers work
-reverse lights work
-when the dash light is on the brake lights are on (low setting)
-when I push the break pedal, none of the three brake lights come on.
- I have replaced the plunger at the pedal and had no luck
Any ideas?

I have both. After rereading it i have a slightly different problem then the original poster because my brake lights work fine when the headlights are off. When I turn my headlights on the lights work until I hit my brakes then they go off. Third brake light works at all times.
