Gm heater hose part number?

Maybe he means Arizona!!
On a serious note, this discussion has me thinking again about how long hoses last, and how long GM will continue to supply the "heater hose assembly". As I mentiond earlier in this discussion, I've already replace mine once, but I know these things don't last forever, and GM won't supply them forever either. I looked up the GoodYear Hi-Miler hose kit, and the entire kit is only $110 from Summit Racing vs. that amount alone, for the GM heater hose assembly. The GoodYear kit appears to have all the hoses, but it's with molded hose, no metal parts. The GoodYear kit doesn't have either of the upper hose air bleeds, like the OE hoses either.
I sent an inquiry to GoodYear tech, a few minutes ago, asking if the bundle of hoses they include, are supposed to replace the OE metal tubing/ rubber hose deal. We'll see what they have to say....

Ok so I just check on the wifes computer and it gave me the hose you posted a picture of. Must be IE8 or something. I'll dump my temp files and cookies.
So do you use 2 of these for the too and from heater core? I'm guessing yes?

Since I like to get as much info as possible, I also contacted Summit Racing, and they e-mailed me a response a short time ago. Here's how that went...
Question:
"I was looking at the picture of p/n 5006 on your website, and it looks like a lot of the hoses are included. However, my car is factory equipped with a "harness" of sorts, where the heater hoses are crimped in place to a mounting bracket, as well as some steel tubing, with short pieces of hose at the ends, that attach to the heater core and water pump.
Would I be correct in assuming that the GoodYear kit requires that the OE tubes/hoses be cut off, and the silicone hose be clamped on in it's place? Thank you for any information you can provide."

Thank you for your email. You are correct all steel or plastic hard tubes will need to be reused from the factory system.
"Jaycenk", when I looked at the Autozone site, all I got was the throttle body hose too...

Yea the goodyear kit is ok but I don't need radiator hoses and it costs about the same. I was able to finally see what djjab posted but I had to switch computers. Odd but the hoses he said he used are under 10 bucks each. 2 of those and I am guessing from what djjab said you use 2 and relace the whole thing. I am going to try some heat shielding sleves and see how it all fits.
