Can anyone tell me what kind of cam i should get, like what lift and duration is best, and what brand name. Also what kind of power gains id be seeing from this.

If those are all your mods, I would definately do some more bolt on's before the cam.

Oh yea, a cam is only a small part, hooker long tubes, cai among others are also commin.

if you want the most power for a hyd roller, do a Comp 306 with 1.6 roller rockers

Note- comp 306 is 230/244 .510/.540 112LSA i believe

How high will a 306 with 1.6rr rev? Above 7000 or not?

If I were you I'd go with a Comp Cams XE Grind. Take a look at this link. You'll find something alot closer to what you want then just going with a CC306. Give these guys a call I've heard nothing but good thing about them. I believe you can get a kit (1.6 pro mag rollers, valve springs good to 600 lift, cam) anway here is the link. Take your pick.

I have a brand new set (never installed) of the CMotorsports that my girl bought me that Im going to be selling. (I have a LS1 so I cant use them)

CM-612 Valve springs (fit stock head without machining) good to .600” lift
Ultra Lightweight Chromoly Valve Spring Retainers
Hardened valve locks

Im looking to get 285 plus shipping for them.

If I have a stock motor, then get LTs, CAI, Comp 306 and heads that have been worked on, what power are we talking about here, like 330 or so? or more?

One of my friends has 405rwhp off stage II heads with a port matched intake and the usual bolt ons intake and exhaust. Plus a nice dyno tune, it's very possible with the 306 cam he did it.
