water pump Question on instalation
Even the LS1 F-bods are now 10-12 years old, the LT1 cars even older, and I'm sure that most of the rubber parts are getting dried out....

i got my ac delco pump today. and it says made from china wtf? thats gay i hope i dont have to change it anytime soon after instalation and hope that its not defective. i thought ac delco parts where made in U.S?

You do know your car was not made in the US, either, right? It came from St. Therese, Canada (plant closed after the last 2002 f-body came off the line). Thread Starter

Yeah I know where my car is made and some where made California, Van Nuys and some at Ohio, Norwood. I just thought ac delco where parts made all at U.S until I found out online today that they also make parts in China, Mexico and somewhere else. Oh well hope my part does not break soon thats all. I just want my lt back on the road.

hey by any chance when i start working on the installation. what are the odds of the air bags going off? I was reading my haynes manual and thats what it said to disconnect the connectors from the air bag system. Im scared to just touch those wires i dont want to deploy them myself. So what do I do? Do i have disconnect the whole air bag system or can i work on the car with just like that?
