Default Best place to get a harmonic balancer removal tool?

The crank bolt is almost stripped and the Auto Zone generic one uses the crank threads to put it in. Looking for the one that's closest to the GM specific one that uses that crank threads directly.

OEM threads are 7/16"x 20. You need the puller that completely engages the threads properly, making sure it's bottomed out in the crank OR put a smaller bolt in the hub for the puller to push against.

Thanks Joe, I think the last option is the one we're going with.

I have one here in mesa. I got it at autozone for $20 as a "loaner."

Are you pulling it off or putting it on? The "crow's foot" puller with some bolts/nuts/washers from HD worked perfectly fine for me. I used a bolt for the AIR bracket to go inside the hub and pushed the puller against it.

I have some 7/16" all thread if you need that for reinstall too. Took me 5 hours to find it here in town.
