I had planned on doing LE's version of the hot cam or a CC503.. So Would SA rockers be fine, with stock pushrods... for a small cam like that

Don't take a chance check for the proper pushrod length.

I guess you could use SA rockers, but I always recommend NSA rockers. No, you can't use stock pushrods.

yes I ran SA comp magnum 1.6 rockers with cheap $35 comp hardened 7.2 pushrods. stock pushrods should be fine but the added insurance for $35 is hard to beat.

Honestly, ill probably just make this a full bolt on, full suspension, stalled car for my dd and a couple trips to the strip

Those are the best cars to take to the street races. A good running, bolt-on, stalled & geared, tuned, and suspensioned car on drag radials is very fast! I guarantee no one will believe you are not spraying.
