If it looks like it needs to be spaced out a bit, just used some washers in between the acc bracket and the bypass pulley.

What brand pulley do you have? I will be ordering one in the next day or so and would like to avoid your problem

I've heard of people with cheap bypass pulley's having to shim it. It's not a big hassle at all. When you install any pulley, you should use a straight edge or make sure it lines up with the rest of the serpentine system by some other means.

I bought a bypass pulley from Advance Auto, it looked to line up straight to me but just yesterday I started getting a squeak from under the hood, I think that's the cause, it's only been about 1000 miles. I'll be looking into it tomorrow and see if the alignment is off with the other pulleys.

I had the same problem and I am going to have to shim mine a tad. I have the braket with tensioner and delete pully on the bracket out of the car right now and they don't quite line up to wear the belt seems to be riding on the tensioner.
