FPR Took a Dump - which one to replace?
Well guys my Adj FPR finally took a dump and found out last night when I took the vac line off and got a strong smell of gas. Guess the diaphram is finally gone. No wonder I've had a strong fuel smell and also major issues tuning this biotch. We'll I'm gonna get a new one, and I'm looking at the following:
Holly 512-502
or
Aeromotive 13107
Which one do you prefer?
Also, any sponsors here that sell these suckers or do I need to stick with Jegs/Summit?

Injector size/rate is tuned via PCM. The injectors you use should operate on stock fuel pressure which is between 43 and 45psi (specifically written as 43.5psi via GM) which is where a stock regulator operates at.

Instead of going with something from a parts store made in Mexico, I'd probably opt for one from GM which is most likely made in Mexico, that is if it hasn't been discontinued...

Stock. I've said it before, but an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is one of the most misunderstood and misused parts. It is rarely a necessity, not to mention several of the aftermarket units have been known to leak - extremely dangerous of course.
I have the stock 120k mile regulator on my car and have no intentions of changing it.
