Le or ai sells kits I believe but with their cam. I don't think their are kits for cams besides for the hotcam. I could be wrong though.

Intake gasket set
Timing cover gasket
oil/filter
water pump gasket set
RTV Sealant
Assembly LUBE (Ultra Slick Permitex wrks great)
Hub Puller
New Timing Chain Set (Sould replace this while replacing cam on high mailage car)
New lifters if car has over 75K Could use stock but risky and could have a falure
Harden Pushrods
Matching Valve Spring set
loctight
Valve cover gaskets (Maybe)
Roller Rockers 1.6???
Tune for cam
Coolant

This is just a quick thought of parts, you may need more or less.

I would say he nailed it.

Possibly throw an oil pan gasket in there as well, the timing cover sits in it, and it can possibly tear when you remove it. And any OEM/stock/factory connectors or harnesses that you break along the way, sucks alot, but i had some literally crumble when i touched them!

I disagree about that part. The stock pieces are very good, give them a visual inspection and if they look good, use them. Would I use them with 200K? No, but 75 is definitely not the cutoff, providing the engine has been well maintained.

75 is considered high milage, and if you look over the parts and YOU think there god to use then go ahead, But there IS a possiblity that those parts can fail, More likly then new parts failing early (If you use a good name brand part, Not an autozone part) Lifters can collapse, stop priming up get stuck and thats just to name a few, and if you have not owned the car since new your just taking a gamble. This is what i would recommend if you came to my shop is all.

Here's the list of parts I used for my H/C install.

96TransAmboosted's list looks pretty complete for a cam-only swap.
As for lifters ... you can probably reuse them if they look good.
However, lifters are a pain to get to and cost about $100.
If you want to change them out for peace of mind, I say go for it.
Send the old ones to Gregrob :p

Ok then, what "new" lifters would you recommend.
