This is just a quick thought of parts, you may need more or less.
Possibly throw an oil pan gasket in there as well, the timing cover sits in it, and it can possibly tear when you remove it. And any OEM/stock/factory connectors or harnesses that you break along the way, sucks alot, but i had some literally crumble when i touched them!

96TransAmboosted's list looks pretty complete for a cam-only swap.
As for lifters ... you can probably reuse them if they look good.
However, lifters are a pain to get to and cost about $100.
If you want to change them out for peace of mind, I say go for it.
Send the old ones to Gregrob :p
Ok then, what "new" lifters would you recommend.
