I heard the same thing, you would have to remove the dash, maybe that's to keep the heat though? There's no way you could smash that box with the motor in there though right? It looks way too deep under the cowl to get a good swing at it. Isn't the heater core in that box or is that in the dash?

Yep, AS&M Monoblade
Me too! I'll be there either way tho
I'll see what I can do! I talked to a friend about making a few but hes pretty busy so I think I'll buy one of the BMR / Madman / etc ones and modify it myself for now.
I haven't ran the throttle body yet. I got it for the new build. I'll keep updated how it works out though. I imagine you could space / bend the bracket forward to compensate for only 1/8" ???
Nope, no need to remove the dash. As HD stated the AC core is the only thing in the part of the plastic box that protrudes into the engine bay. Find whatever means that floats your boat of smashing it into a million pieces, remove core. Trim jagged edges flush with the firewall with a cutoff wheel, airsaw, whatever, vacum up all the leavings and your finished

Hey have gregrob have you run into any issues with the throttle cable with the n2o plate and TB? I have the same AS&M TB but am running a NOS N2o plate and the throttle cable is a little short maybe a 1/8 to short??? If you have any problems let me know how you work it out.

Didn't want to wait months for a MWC Fab 9. Got a good deal on the Strange. They're very efficient for a big ring gear. The ring gear is actually bigger than a 9. The 9 can be built to be stronger, but I believe out of the box the S60 is stronger though.
Pretty much boiled down to price and availability. The Fab 9's are nice as well and I wouldn't hesitate to run one.

I thought the ac delete plates from Madman/UMI/BMR/whoever bolt in from the inside and won't work on the outside. I could be wrong but I thought I read that.
Build looks good man, keep it up
