Default need help with valve train

Ok first of all im new here so hi everyone. So i got a 93 z28 a few weeks back with a bad head gasket. pulled the motor and dropped in a rebuilt one out of a 95 roadmaster. Its got an electric water pump, lt4 cam, and after market valve springs, sadly i no longer know what kind they are but they are stiffer. The issue is the engine keeps bending and sometimes braking pushrods. no mater what i do exhaust # 2, 4, 8, 1, 7, and intake # 1 pushrods keep giving me issues. im running stock pushrods, rocker arms, valves, and my old stock lifers. No deck height was changed. wait, it does have arp thread in rocker studs. the car wont run longer the maybe a minuet before it will destroy a pushrod. please help, thanks.

How do you find "zero lash" when adjusting the valves?
