Yes cant wait for florida, lol! Yeah you can visible see that the motor mount that is on the k member is off. The back portion of the mount is tilted in towards the motor making it impossible to get the bolt all the way through. You can get the bolt started but looking through the back side you cant even see the bushing it's that far off. There where 3 grown *** men trying to tweek and pull and push on this thing and there is no way at all and that was with every bolt loose on the motor mounts. It had way to much tension. Crazy. Hopefully the next one works out for me. Sucks because the motor was supposed to be in the car today so I'm a little behind on schedule but hopefully can get it up and running quickely as long as everything works out this time.

I had that exact same issue on my BMR K-member that I bought in '04. Unfortunately the car has never been running/finished, but the motor has been in and out a few times because of changes in direction for the car. Took 2 of us a couple hours each time with some pretty good-sized prybars to get the bolts in. Royal PITA but we didn't want to go through the hassle of changing out the K-member at the time so I never tried to send it back. Glad you got some resolution.

That's certainly one of the best customer service stories I've read in awhile. It is a shame more companies in todays world are not like this. I'm glad to see it was resolved for you OP and good luck with your install!

Well just thought I would let you all know that the new k-member went in with ease. I ended up mounting the motor to the k-member by myself and it went right into place perfectly, no fight at all. Lets hope it mounts up to the car with ease as well. Thanks Lee once again. I'll try to send you the bad k-member out tomorrow or Friday. I'm trying to get this car to crank tomorrow, lol!!!!

I'm not sure why my post got deleted, but BMR has some of the best customer service in the industry. They've answered more than a few questions while I've been under the car bolt stuff on. BMR/Nitrous Outlet/Lloyd Elliott are the top 3 in customer service I've dealt with.
