I used to run a jeep box with 2 10" subs facing the rear window with a decent amp and it freakin' pounded.

Oops forgot to tell orientation. haha

they were on top of the gas tank hump.. facing rearward.

I ran an IDMAX 12 sub and a Zapco amp for awhile in my old camaro. Just bought a ebay firebird/camaro box and modified it to center mount 1 12" sub. Hit pretty hard, grew out of the subs though. Just dead weight now. Use to be very big into it, my best one was an 18" RE XXX in a like 8-10cu ft box and an 1800 watt amp haha. sub itself weighed like 60-70lbs, i remember mounting it and when i flipped the box upright it ripped the screws out of 3/4" mdf like it was cardboard.

Yeah I hear ya. As I do sound for clubs and concerts and stuff, the last thing I need/want is a loud stereo in my car. A little peace and quiet is nice-and I like hearing the engine purring.

I had a set up like Tbird's in my previous trans am. Now with my camaro and plan on using the smaller single sub stuffing it into that rear pocket.

I have the dual stealth boxes with some polk 10's. I have a polk pa 1100.5 amp mounted on the shelf as I call it (the flat area above the gas tank behind the rear seat.) It is a very nice setup and slams on only half volume. I can get some pictures if you would like.

My old system, I only run 4 JL 6.5's now. I have a convertible, so didn't want to take the whole trunk and I could remove the cap, amp, and sub if I didn't need it.

these are the OE wheels polished 17inch Zr1's 9.5 wide. They are down in Sarasota, FL. I bought them on Ebay and went down there and picked them up. Came with tires mounted and ballance, center caps and lugs for like 750 several years ago. got a good deal on them.

I ran a custom made sealed box, it held two 12s and two 630 watt amps... it put out over 144 db's. And it is only taking up space in my garage.. I have pictures in my albumn

Both of the boxes look sick, but I like how the stealth box leaves you so much cargo space.

I got one of these in my trunk:

Fits perfectly in the t-top area. It's only 800watts but it gets the job done.
